Very professional service. They came in and identified the problem immediately and fixed it, including the damage left by the last plumber from the council. They even recaulked all the stuff they moved in the bathroom. Can't sing their praises enough, great guys. Mitch & Steve went above and beyond!

Outstanding customer service, Ricki, the service engineer told us exactly what he was going to do and kept us informed at every step of the works, he was very thourough and found the blockage and descaled the remaining pipes whilst there, Ricki was very Knowledgeable and his customer service skills were impeccable, he tided up after he had finished and was very pleasant to chat to, a very refreshing experience and would highly recommend using this service again, many thanks, cheers.

Scartho area of Grimsby (Pelham Ave) cleared the problem in no time at all, he was extremely professional and courteous would recommend him and his company 5* in my opinion

I saw one of your staff members today at 14:40 in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan. He pulled over to start his work and on pulling over he noticed a ladies dog had rolled in some dog faeces. He stopped the lady and informed her and even went into his van and got some cleaning supplies for her and to my surprise he cleaned the dog for her! I thought this was the sweetest thing I had seen in a long time.

I was on the bus stop waiting for a bus and after the lady had left he noticed where I was stood and after placing his cones informed me that he wished he could park somewhere else so the bus could see me more clearly. This man is a treasure to your company and I'm glad I had the pleasure to see him at work.

Called them out for a issue with the bath a man named Reece came out he was very polite showed and explained everything that he's done.

My son lives in a council flat and having a terrible neighbour that lives directly above that uses his bathroom as a wet room so you can imagine the amount of water pouring through my sons bathroom reported numerous times but nothing has been done. Having enough of been flooded at least 3times a week my son went to stay with his sister for a bit. She doesn't live near so I was asked by my son to keep going and checking on his flat, well one day last week I went up and the bath, toilet was pouring over with sewage there was T-bags paper towels food like beans sweat corn and other vegetable matter ( obviously the guy upstairs is using his toilet as a bin ) council came out 24hrs later to say.

I was then contacted by METRO ROD to say they would be at the property that evening. I met a lovely guy called MITCH who even though he turned up alone said it was a 2 man job. He could have left and reported it but no he said he would try bless him. He did manage to clear the blockage and also I was a bit upset with who would clean this disgusting sewer ridden bathroom!!

He said don’t worry I will get our guys out at METRO ROD to come and clean it up. Can’t Thankyou enough Mitch x. Ok it took them 6 days to actually come and do it but that’s ok as I found out the lady below who has been affected buy all the flooding from him upstairs and then to be having sewage pouring from her ceiling has packed up and moved my son also wasn’t staying there so it didn’t matter I suppose that it took so long for them to come to clean. 2 guys arrived bang on time they said they would be there I let them in to do there magic I don’t know your names but a big Thankyou to you both you did a great job. My son has now told me he’s not going back to live like that so in the process of clearing it out.

Just had Peter from Metro Rod clear a drain blockage. Very swift response, arriving very soon after our call when we were expecting it to be the following day as we’d been told ‘within 24hrs’. Great service, quick and efficient and blockage soon sorted. Highly recommended.

Can’t praise this company and especially Jay who attended my property on 3 occasions after a toilet leaked through my ceilings and being messed about by my insurer , Jay was fantastic and he definitely put a shift in, polite and a genuine lad got to the bottom of the problem and sorted the leak, 100% will use this lads with any other issues going forward, can’t rate them highly enough

Brilliant service. Mitch came to sort out a blockage and must say he did an excellent job going above and beyond to help get the problem sorted. Insurance company sent someone earlier that day that didn’t do anything but after contacting them again, they sent metro rod who sorted it out. Thank you!
