Excellent service from the get go, had a previous leak detection company out who failed to find this difficult heating leak, one call to Moe who attended within 48 hours as agreed and found the leak and also repaired the leak within the same day, once found he retested which resulted in a second leak on the heating pipework, this was also repaired within the same day. I couldn't recommend him enough after looking at the reviews this guy is a genius.

I have used this company twice now and they are absolutely brilliant! Moe is a master at what he does and nothing is too much trouble! Always at the end of the phone if you have a question, his customer service is top notch! I wouldn't hesitate to use Moe again and would highly recommend to others!

We found out we had a water leak. We contacted the company on a Friday morning and Moe came on Monday afternoon on time and find our water leak within the hour in our front garden. Due to Christmas and New Year break the repair was done on 6th of January. The plumbers came as arranged on time and all was repaired within the hour from when the work started. We received a report of the problem a quote and invoice. All was done to our satisfaction. Will recommend Leak Detection 247 Ltd to our friends.

We are very lucky to have found Moe! When we first contacted him on the phone, he guided us on how to help stop the leak while we waited for him to come. He is extremely knowledgeable about leak detection and plumbing systems! He has all of the tools needed to identify leaks. Moe recently came to our property to carry out track and trace on the mains water line (hot and cold feed). I was very impressed with his work. He arrived on time, was very polite and explained every process clearly.

After the necessary test carried out, he concluded that the leak was not on our property and was a external leak for the Waterboard to further investigate. He provided us a detailed report highlighting what work was carried out.

Overall Moe was professional, efficient and easy to work with. I highly recommend him if you need track and trace carried out.

The service from start to end was very professional, the engineer Moe was very understanding and patient with me while he was searching for the leak. After he found it he gave me some usfully advise which he also noted down in the report for further works to my property.

I used the guys at Specialist Leak Detection, I would like to say that from start to finish I have no reservation in recommending this Company. From the initial contact and booking the home visit, it went very smoothly, the engineer Moe arrived on time, introduced himself and explained what he would be doing at during every step. Moe located the water meter and ascertained there was not any leak between the meter and the mains cold water isolating valve under the kitchen sink. Moe ran a pressure test on the mains cold water Eventually finding a small drip on the water feed to the toilet cistern. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Leak Detection 24/7 provided me with a quick responce when I became aware of the unmistakable sound of a leaking underground water main on my property. Moe attended the property to investigate, providing a clear report to me on the situation and the options for remedy. In order to avoid the destruction of mature hedging and disruption to a shared driveway necessary to locate and effect repairs to the existing and aging services, I decided to have a new water main run in. The company provided me with a clear estimate and time frame for the work. They sent in a great team to mole in the new main for me. They were very obliging, neat and tidy in setting about their work, and efficient. I have a new, sound and silent water main. I would recommend the companies services.

I contacted this company late at night following a major leak in my kitchen area. I had previously tried to look for more local leak detection teams in Essex area. The first two google verified ones were not very helpful with one being a no show and the other having bad reviews. I then stumbled across this one. My query was dealt with by Moe who was extremely helpful. He booked me in for a 48h emergency call out straightaway and I had him at my property the very next morning. He found the leak alongside my plumber using his leak detection equipment and even guided my plumber to do his job of excavation. The charges for the job were very reasonable with no extra hidden costs. Moe also gave me suggestions on other problems around the house that I thought might be related to the leak. I cannot recommend him enough. Will definitely be calling him out in the future for more jobs if needed.

I have been experiencing a persistent leak in the bathroom. Despite contacting 3 or 4 plumbers, none were able to identify and fix the sources of the leak, yet they still charged me for the service calls. Leak Detection 247 identified the problem, and shortly after, they repaired the leaking pipe. Now, I no longer have any leaks!

Absolutely amazing customer service provided by Moe. We were experiencing a leak of our cold water supply and we called Moe to investigate the issue, he found the leak and fixed it all within 1 visit. Moe came over to find our leak and he found it within an hour and fixed it by 3pm I must say he was professional and very neat and tidy I must say I would be recommending to family and friends for sure.

Mo was fantastic- super friendly guy first of all but also solved a mystery that we have struggled with for 4 months. We noticed our boiler kept losing pressure very slowly every two weeks or so after having our bathroom redone and a new radiator put in. Plumber that did the work and British Gas couldnt figure out the issue. Mo used thermal and moisture readings to find a small patch down in our lounge where the same pipes connected upstairs to the bathroom. Turns out when the property was originally built over ten years ago, a nail from the skirting had gone in to a pipe and recent work we had done had caused movement starting the leak very slowly. Mystery solved- thank you Mo! Total legend!
