Richard did an excellent job on my upstairs toilet repair/upgrade. A lovely clean job in a cramped space - it looks fantastic and is working perfectly now. He was also very accommodating when I asked if he could also look at my outside tap whilst he was here and that job was completed very quickly. He provided a quotation up front for the work and that was the final price.

Richard arrived on time, diagnosed the issue with a leaking toilet in minutes, gave a fair price for the time and parts etc, and had the job done within an hour. We had a problem with our toilet cistern and were concerned that the meter stopcock was possibly seized up. Richard was able to visit the next afternoon, fix the cistern and reassure us that the meter stopcock was operating. He was prompt, pleasant and a clean worker. We would certainly contact him again if another plumbing problem comes along.

Well pleased that our plumbing difficulties were dealt with effectively and efficiently. Hot water tank and immersion heaters were removed and replaced with new; awkward old pipework repositioned; radiator valve replaced; new bathroom tap installed; heating system header tank adjusted. System drained and refilled with change for air locks and correct operation. Richard and Wayne kept us informed as work progressed and tidied up properly before they left with all the detritus. A good day's work.

Our toilet cistern broke down & stopped flushing ( not a pleasant occurrence when you have visitors !) We called Richard who came promptly to assess what was required. Having done so he gave us a reasonable quote and returned to carry out the repairs the next working day. He attended on time and carried out the work in a professional, tidy and friendly manner. The fee for parts and labour was exceptionally reasonable. His paperwork is very efficient too with detailed receipts emailed to us immediately. Thanks to Richard our loo now flushes better than it ever did !

Very pleasant experience - quickly given a time a few days after initial contact, and when it turned out something we thought was being caused by our toilet was in fact the tank pipes, they arranged to come back and fix that only a couple of days later. Very efficient as well, would definitely recommend and use again!

Excellent service. Sent a web enquiry late on a Sunday evening for a leaking water tank, got a reply a few minutes later to say he would come and have a look Monday morning.

I phoned Richard as the flush mechanism on our toilet had broken. He messaged me back within an hour & I was lucky that he was available the next day. He fixed the toilet and also replaced the kitchen taps & was polite & tidy, leaving no mess.

So impressed at the service Richard offers. We had a sudden leak from a shower (the bathroom looked a bit like a scene from Titanic) - Richard came the next day and stopped the leak so we had our water back. He then returned and replaced the shower cartridge and fixed a couple of other issues. Great communication, highly professional, quick response and a good price for his excellent work. I needed a shower repair urgently and neither British Gas nor Dynorod (with whom I have agreements) could respond properly for a week! I had a leak appear behind my built in toilet and didnt know how to access behind the toilet itself to identify what was going on. I contacted Richard and he was able to come out and diagnose the issue the same day, which was fantastic. He was professional, tiny and efficient. Richard was able to stop the leak immediately and then get replacement parts within a couple days at which point he returned and completed the job. Delighted I chose Richard for the job. Richard ws very efficient in his communications and his work ethic. He gave a genuine assessment of what could be wrong with the shower but recommended that I should just replace it as it'd be cheaper in the long run. He was available that same week and arrived on time and the work took 2 hours as he estimated. The final price was as his quoted price. He was very courteous and professional at all times. I would use his services again and highly recommend him.
