Called regarding a broken shower I needed replaced urgently.. First Plum was out in no time to diagnose the issue and advise on what he felt was the best plan going forward he then quoted me there and then for a like for like replacement which is now fitted and working spot on! I used first plumb in my garage building project which had a utility room and a bathroom. They done the complete installation of both rooms to a outstanding finish carefully explanation the whole process beforehand and throughout the job and advising a few changes for the best finish. I was very happy with the work carried out by the team. No mess no fuss no problems exactly what you want when the things was stressful enough. Dealing with First Plumb Scotland was the best experience Ive ever had with plumbers! I phoned up, they confirmed they were able to fix the issue (quite a complex one at that) and they were with me within three hours getting on with the job. Everything was sorted to a high standard, communication was excellent throughout and they cleaned up and sanitised the area afterwards. Price was also totally reasonable. Honestly could not recommend them more and will 100% approach them again in the future. Thank you so much First Plumb Scotland!
