As I have come to expect from Grange a first Class service, Clean and Professional. Lee's work was excellent everything I wished for and so professional I am thrilled with my new boiler and Thermostat. Thank you Lee Caitlin's work was also up to the high standards set by Grange she was also a joy to have in the house and lovely to know that girls are going into the profession. Thank you Caitlin for my new shower.

Grange Heating completely renovated and updated our ensuite bathroom. They took out the shower unit, basin and vanity unit, toilet, heated towel rail, extractor fan and tiles. They then made good and replaced everything with new facilities which we had sourced through another firm via their recommendation. (The other firm ASE Ludlow were also excellent but this review is about Grange Heating.) The team who carried out the work, fitters, electrician, and tiler, have completed the job to a very high standard and we are extremely pleased with the result.
The fitters even fixed an issue with the plumbing that we didn't know we had! From the inital visit through to completion, we have been kept informed as to timescales and progress, so our expectations have been well managed and have been perfectly acceptable. When necessary we have been asked to advise on the detail of where we wanted items e.g. the EXACT position of the towel rail - there were no assumptions by the fitters, the customer's view is paramount.
The team have been onsite when they say they will be and there have been no "down days" unless as part of the work e.g. tile cement and grout drying off. We would have no hesitation in recommending Grange Heating for a first class job.

I have been a client of Grange Heating for over twenty years. Their current fitters are polite and competent. However, much of the work they do for me is repairing their original installation. From the outset the wholly new heating and hot water installation required modification and where we have uncovered work by lifting floorboards it has not been impressive!
Now I find that a lead flat roof they installed is failing in various places because it was poorly constructed and dressed. Ewen Grange has repeatedly refused to respond to my approaches about this, though when I last spoke to a member of his team I was told that he was unavailable as he was furloughed - I take a very dim view of an MD who furloughs himself but not apparently his staff.
I am resorting to this negative review because I would not want anyone else to spend what I have with this company and not feel that they will stand by the quality of their workmanship thereafter

Saturday morning and disaster struck as our boiler seemed to have failed. I phoned the office on the off chance and Ewan answered. During several phone calls he suggested a few solutions and we managed to get the boiler working again. Very grateful wife and kids. They have serviced our boilers for several years and as long as you plan ahead have always proved reliable and professional.
