Clive came to fit a new toilet and he did a fantastic job. There was a problem with the toilet basin we had bought and he spent a long time trying to rectify. In the end he had return it and get another one as there was a leak in the basin itself which he couldn't repair. He came back on a different day to install it at no extra cost.

Clive came out the same day to do a temporary repair on our toilet as we had guests over the weekend. As we had another toilet we managed with the temporary repair but pointed out that the flush was very unsatisfactory. Clive researched the toilet and found the parts were not widely available due to its age. However he sourced modern replacements and returned to fix it properly. It is now working fine. Thank you Clive for your perseverance.

Clive removed an older style sliding shower door and replaced it with a pivot shower door. The new door offered a much wider opening to make it easier for my elderly father to get in and out. Clives communication, workmanship and customer support were excellent. He took extra time to clearly explain everything to my father, which I appreciate very much. I highly recommend Clive.

We are so glad that we found Just Toilets in our search for a plumber.We had a problem with our toilet emptying very slowly after flushing.We contacted Clive through WhatsApp .He arranged to come out in a couple of days,it wasnt an emergency.He arrived ,and worked efficiently to solve the problem.He cleaned up after he had finished ( bathroom was cleaner than before he arrived).
