Used WPJ for a boiler installation, re-piping the flat and new radiators. The office team (Indy) has been very professional throughout and quick to respond, offering advice on radiators to purchase and taking a pragmatic approach to minimise costs for me.
The engineer (Tomasz) was particularly brilliant. He worked diligently and went above and beyond, finishing the job quicker than expected and even fitting a new toilet seat for me that I hadn't got round to doing! Always arrived promptly and got started straight away. Explained things clearly and was incredibly tidy.

WPJ helped me with replacing a shower set.
I needed to tear a part of a tiled wall down, saving the tiles as much as possible, to replace a concealed shower set with a new exposed one and refit the tiles.
WPJ were great at communication throughout. They replied to emails and requests immediately and provided good engineer availability.
They fulfilled all the requirements of the complicated job and managed expectations well.
The timing agreed was slightly exceeded (2 days work vs planned 1-1.5 days), as the engineer prioritised quality over time. Nonetheless, all charges were limited to the quote provided.
And the quality was great indeed - the wall looks better than before. Great job, highly appreciated!

Exceptional service from quote through to new boiler installation 3 days later - the installers were very tidy and efficient and explained what was going on with the new technology which i found interesting - not everyone might!

Fantastic service from quotation to installation. All staff friendly, answered the many questions I kept contacting about and were more than happy to help.
Dean did a great job with installation, again kind enough to explain what he was going to do and what to expect. He made sure he cleaned up before leaving and that everything was done to high standards.

I have been impressed with WPJ Heating from start to finish. A competitive quote was arranged immediately after putting a request in. Kevin came to install our new boiler the same week that we accepted the quote, and removed our old one. Very punctual, professional and polite. WPJ did an extremely satisfactory job for me a few days ago. The problem was correctly diagnosed, the necessary parts were ordered, and the repair was executed promptly and efficiently. The very smelly WC smells no more!
Charlie did the actual repair and was great, as were the other two engineers who madethe original diagnosis, they were all professional, punctual and courteous, and communication with the office was good.
The invoice was very reasonable.
I have no hesitation in recommending WPJ and would certainly use them again.
