At last! A plumber who is willing to 'go the extra mile' in every sense!
After literally months of trying to get a local plumber to even come and look at a small leak in an old lead mains pipe, we were forced to look further afield. We are now glad we did. We are so happy to have found Michael who kindly came to our aid, in spite of the fact we were out of his usual area, and the problem is now fixed. Friendly, approachable and very reassuring, he had the sort of expertise which only comes with years of experience. Although, they were only with us a couple of hours, he and his son both had the sort of quality which inspires trust. We will definitely call them first for any future plumbing needs.

It's very rare to meet a plumber with such integrity and dedication to his craft. We just came back from being away since last year and noticed that we had an issue with the toilet early in the morning.
Immediately searched through Google and saw many ads. After reading some of the reviews on Your plumbing services, we reached out and Michael got back to us.
With a photo sent, he was transparent on estimated costs which was great value compared to others and could come out same day.
Job done by early afternoon but afterwards noticed that water was reaching the overflow pipe. I messaged and he was able to come back and fix it later that day.
Overall, an outstanding experience and would highly recommend!

Where do I start? A broken and leaking toilet on new years day and bieng the only toilet in the house of 5 of us. Called Michael in the morning and within no time he was here and straight to work. He knew exactly what the issue was and had the toilet running in no time. Price was fantastic, work was carried out fast and professionally and Michael is an absolute gentleman. I called Michael up a month and half ago to look at and fix a leakage from our upstairs bathroom which was dripping through the ceiling into our kitchen. It is extremely difficult to find an honest, reliable plumber who does good quality work and is genuinely customer focused but Michael is these things. I am very glad that we called him to come and fix our leaking radiator for us. We will certainly be using him again for any other plumbing issues and highly recommend him to anyone else.

I used this company when I had a leak at my property. I spoke to Michael over the phone and he was round my property quickly. Not only did he sort the job professionally, he did it with more passion and enthusiasm than I have ever received from any tradesperson. Definitely a number or save on your phone.

I wasnt able to take my kitchen tap off and was in the process of replacing it along with the sink. Michael was great and came round very quick to sort it. He changed the pipes so I could attach the flexible pipes up to the new tap. He also capped the gas pipe to my fire while he was round. The pricing was very reasonable, it was considerably lower than I was expecting and his service was top notch.

We had a burst pipe at 6am on the weekend and as soon as we called Michael he came over and found the problem. Not only fixed this but another leak that was causing problems. For a great price as well.

After agreeing a price on the phone, Michael arrived promptly to fix a burst pipe. Carrying a plethora of parts, he proceeded to fix the leak quickly, despite it being a fiddly job with some awkwardly positioned pipework which required a bit of 'field engineering'. I'll be sure to call Michael again for a couple of jobs which need doing. In short I got a quick response, perfect fix at a very reasonably price. Highly recommended!

Michael came out to me late at night to fix a leak which was causing me some concern. He was an extremely professional man who arrived at the house when he said he would. Took a look at the job that needed doing and proposed what he needed to do and at a very fair price. He didn't push that it had to be done there and then, ensuring me that the house was safe but I decided to go ahead anyway. He was very calm and very customer focused.
