Gary and the team are reliable and honest and have great communication. We initially had a new sensor in our 14 year old boiler, but when another issue arose soon afterwards, we decided to get a brand new one fitted. They fitted us in the next week and the installation went smoothly and was done in a day. The engineers are friendly and professional. I am very pleased to have found a reliable plumber/boiler company and recommend them highly. Thank you!

I have enjoyed excellent customer service from Magna Blueflame. From the initial installation of my new boiler 3 years ago and the annual servicing, they have been excellent. Very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Della was even available on WhatsApp to help me troubleshoot a low pressure alert on the boiler a few months ago way after normal work hours. Could not recommend highly enough.

I don't normally leave reviews, but it's so hard to find a contractor you can trust, these guys really deserve a shout out!
From the start they were really responsive and helpful in working out the best solution for a job. Friendly, on time and kept me informed whilst on site.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was clean, tidy, and very well organised. Installation was completed quickly thanks to the large, efficient team. Commutation responses with the office were quick , polite, and all quotes answered promptly.They provided clear knowledge and advice on the most suitable boiler for our needs. They installed a system boiler and removed all tanks and old system.They also fixed the en-suite and installed the showers to a high standard. Would highly recommended.

Magna Blueflame have been fantastic from start to finish. Communication was easy and fast through WhatsApp with Della, which made everything so convenient we were even able to send a video of the issue so they could see exactly what was happening with our boiler.
Gary, the engineer, quickly diagnosed the problem and also contacted Worcester on our behalf to help resolve it. Excellent service, friendly and professional throughout.
I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again whenever needed.

Magna Blueflame have done yet another brilliant job for us today. Plumbing in a basin waste that needed new pipe work and new connections to the mains waste. As usual they were on time and quickly replaced the old broken, brittle pipe work. They left the job very clean and tidy an improved secure bracketing. overall much neater than it was before. Friendly but efficient I can't fault their work and they are very reasonably priced. Thank you Magna Blueflame, will be in touch when it's time for the annual boiler service again.

We have been using Gary, Della and the team for many years, they always provide a great & helpful service and it is always a pleasure to deal with them, even helping me out when a friends boiler broke down when they were on holiday and we were house sitting. Absolutely brilliant, arrived at 8am sharp, ready to start work straight away . The job today was a new radiator for my lounge . Communications from start to finish was first class . Magna just completed a massive job for me converting my system from gravity to pressurised. Second big job theybhave done and again an amazing service from Gary and his team, always professional, courteous, punctual, clean and reasonable on costs. Work is to the upmost highest standard. Wouldn't use anyone else.
