Got a quote from Steve yesterday and it was an excellent price so I accepted. He came the following day and fitted the outside garden tap straight away. Excellent quality, Great price and swift service.

Steven carried out a brilliant job of capping off old redundant gas pipework in our house. Then after capping it off, reinstated the gas supply and tested to check there were no leaks. Would recommend him to anyone.

Very quick response to my email enquiry, then the two radiators were replaced within days. They looked great and the work was undertaken with care (wed just got new carpets and had decorators in who noticed the radiators could be faulty when they were painting them) with no damage at all to the carpet or walls. I was really pleased that only what was needed was suggested; for example he was clear we didnt need new valves, so didnt try to unnecessarily sell us them and when I asked about a slow-draining shower, he said it would be a very disruptive amount of work for only a little benefit. Overall, I would highly recommend and would definitely use the company again if I had any plumbing or heating needs.

We had a baxi 836 boiler fitted by Stephen and Anthony this week and the service was excellent. They turned up on time, extremely neat pipework and fit, left the kitchen tidy and charged exactly as quoted. Would recommend and use again without a doubt. We will certainly be using housewarm for our boiler servicing.

Had a boiler that depressurised on a daily basis so needed pretty urgent help as I was worried it would just stop working with winter coming. Steven replied very quickly and offered to come have a look on the next day. Spotted the problem straight away and said it could be fixed right away, giving me a very reasonable price as well. In 10 mins found the problem changed the central heating sensor. Boom!! The central heating start to work again.

I cannot recommend Housewarm and Steve highly enough. He replaced my broken down combi boiler last year, completely flushed out the system and installed a magnetic filter all for a very reasonable price. When I had a plumbing emergency due to bathroom fitters fiddling with things they shouldn't have. Steve couldn't have been more helpful walking me through possible problems and giving me the best advice. Now my boiler is due for a service, Steve contacted me as a reminder.
