Christophe has been providing amazing service everytime I deal with him. I won't be using anyone else in the future. He knows what he's doing, does an amazing job and can deal even with the most complicated of boilers. Not to mention that hes able to get his hands on some hard to find parts. My boiler is a dinosaur that will cost an arm and a leg to replace so Christophe has rescued it on many occasions and would recommend him highly!

Most other plumbers were a nightmare. It was a small job, our valve was broken on the radiator so it couldn't be bled and lots of air trapped in the system. He came the next day, after going to the shop to buy the part he saw it needed to be ordered specially online and would take a couple of days. Expected him back the following week but he came on the Saturday morning as soon as it arrived.
It ended up being a very special part that didn't fit the standard sizes he had ordered and Victoria plumb don't sell it! But after seeing what he could do and a lot of noise from his van he managed to create a replica of the broken part and fit it perfectly. In my mind he went above and beyond to fix what is essentially a very small job but a lot of work. Couldn't be happier and will definitely be using him again.

Couldn't speak more highly of Chris. Earlier this week he came to install a new Vaillant boiler and radiator for us. We've used him so many times now whenever we have an issue. He's always punctual, straight to the point and does the job flawlessly. Clearing up all the mess before he leaves. He's without a doubt one of the best plumbers around.

My boiler stopped working this morning. I checked for local boiler repair companies and found Romford Emergency Plumber. I forgot to get the gentleman's name. I called him at 0810 hrs. He said he would be about half hour to forty five min. Turned up half an hour later. Managed to sort the problem out in no time. Got the boiler back up and running. Pleased with the response and service. I would recommend this company for any boiler issues.

We have used Romford Emergency Plumber a couple of times now and on both occasions he has been brilliant. A while ago when we had a leak from a bathroom sink, he turned up within 20 minutes and switched out the pipes that were leaking. This time we had a leak on the pipes underneath the bath. He said he would be there in 40 minutes and he was. He located the problem which was in a really difficult position to get to but to save us having to have the bath and units taken out (which would have been a lot of money) he worked so hard and managed to fix it without doing any of that.
We really appreciated his work and the difficulty of it. He was very responsive when we phoned both times with our emergencies, he is polite and friendly and very reasonable with his charges. He takes the time to explain what the problem is and what he has had to do to fix it. Romford Emergency Plumber will always be our first option to call now. We have recommended him to someone in the family that have also used him and were very pleased with his quick response, his work and very reasonable fees. Will definitely be recommending him to everyone we know.

An excellent, professional and fast service who provide a free call out and quote service with great prices. I had a leaking toilet on a Sunday and needed it fixed quickly as I live on the 2nd floor and did not want the leak to affect the below home. The plumber arrived within 20 mins and gave a very reasonable price for the job. Parts and tools were present which saved time and showed great professionalism. Work was completed and left clean. A polite and respectful service. Will be recommending this to friends and family and if needed will use again.

We had problems with our old boiler and the engineer made a fix but after some good honest advice, we decided to install a new boiler. (The old one was 19 years old!) It was a bit stressful as we were having lots of other work carried out in our home. However, The engineer was brilliant and he installed the boiler and all testing was completed in one day. This company is excellent and we are having a new cooker installed knowing the work will be to a very high standard.
