He confirmed the appointment (same day that I booked him), then didn't bother turning up. Didn't answer his phone and didn't reply to messages. Highly untrustworthy and extremely unreliable. Probably thought he could do what he wants and get away with it but forgot that one of the benefits of the internet is being able to leave reviews and warn others about cowboys like him!

I used Power Drainage, as I had block between my dishwasher sink, the engineer Tommy was polite and explain he remove u bend try basics first did not clear issue. Tommy used specialist equipment for nearly hour clean our pipes. On another occasions, Ray solve flushing issue in our upstairs toilet. I could not find a plumber who would do job quickly or with such good value. I and family was pleased.

Without doubt THE best drainage service we have had in our house (and i have lived there for 1.5 years!). He totally understands drains and even told us how to fix our shower taps too! He made all our drains work again in a matter of minutes! I wish we had found him earlier! And guess what? As a bonus, he is also an educated business man and gave me better business tips than any other person I have spoken to! I am so grateful that we used Power Drainage! Definitely RECOMMEND!

Called Power Drainage and Plumbing Services on a Saturday afternoon to deal with a blocked toilet/drain at a tenanted property. Although they were miles away working on another job they offered to deal with the job early that evening and did just that. And all at a competitive price. Couldn't ask for more than that and would have no hesitation using them again.
