Review of   AATBF, North London

Word of Warning about AATBF & CO - they demanded cash payment for the call out as soon as they stepped in the door, very rude engineer, expensive, very difficult to communicate with and very reluctant to explain things clearly to me - my advice would be to AVOID AATBF at all costs.

Do not use this company! Engineer quoted 433 pounds for the parts required to fix our boiler plus another 1-2 hours labour! This is after an initial callout charge of 88 pounds. Luckily we had a second independent engineer have a look. He found the same parts for 86 pounds. Incredible that they could think to overcharge for parts like that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are major rip off artists.

Service & support:		Poor - went back, then rang to say parts required cost J433+ 2 hr labour
Quality:		Poor - complained parts too expensive as boiler is only J550, then disappeare
Location:		Poor - hung up phone and didn't answer phone again
