Your plumber, Dan, has done an excellent job today of replacing our lavatory. He has now done several jobs for us, some at my daughter's house and now here at our new home and I cannot praise his work highly enough. He is totally professional and will not leave a job unless he is entirely satisfied that he has completed it to his own high standard. In addition, his manner is always pleasant and unassuming yet clearly proficient and it is a pleasure to have him work on our projects. I would be grateful if you would be kind enough to pass my comments to the highest relevant management level because, as an ambassador for your company, he makes it a certainty that customers, such as myself, will always comeback to you for work. I am also looking forward to your electrician, Martin, coming next week because, from the work he has done at my daughter's house, I am certain that he will also do as good a job here and the comments I have made about Dan can be reflected for Martin.
