Boiler service

Having your gas boiler serviced annually, ensures that it runs efficiently and economically and above all else is that it is safe to do so.
This not only helps to keep your gas bills down, but also helps to reduce harmful co2 emissions which harm the atmosphere and lead to global warming and lastly if you are renting your property, then you will also need to show that your appliances have been serviced regularly.

When servicing a boiler we carry out the following:-

Clean burners and heat exchanger.
Check gas burner pressure.
Check Co2 and Co levels with a Combustion Analyser.
Check flue.
Visual check of appliance seals and casing.
Flame picture check.
Correct operation of safety devices.
Water pressure.
Check expansion vessel and pressure release valve.
Visual check for leaks.
Operational check.

Good gas servicing and safety certification provider, quick turnaround, good price.

From Our Website

If you are thinking of renting your property or you are a existing Landlord then we can help you to comply with your obligations and ensure that you stay fully legal and that your tenants are safe. We offer a fast and friendly service. All engineers carry ID Cards. Our Installers are equipped with the very latest digital flue gas analysers from Kane International. These allow us to measure the flue gas Carbon Dioxide percentage along with the Carbon Monoxide reading in parts per million. The combined ratio of the two readings give us a ratio of c0/co2, which indicates whether the boiler is safe, or needs servicing or repair.

Keeping a old boiler for longer then necessary is a false economy as newer boilers are far more efficient and given the rising cost of gas, the money you will save on your gas bills will help to pay for the new boiler over time, providing of course it is installed correctly. I know what you are thinking, why am I showing you a Rolls Royce? Well it certainly is not the car I drive, no the point is that if you purchased such a car would you then put used car oil in the engine? Silly question but this is similar to putting a new boiler on a old central heating system without first cleaning the pipework and radiators.
