Breakdown / Emergency call out First hour J80, subsequent hours J40 We consider that we provide a truly excellent service to our customers. * We do not charge a call out fee. If we are unable to make a repair or solve the problem we do not charge. *We offer a timed appointment and pride ourselves on being on time. * We carry a large stock of spare parts, but if we do not have th required part we can normally obtain it for the following day. * We are very skilled in fault finding, offer a clear explanation of what exactly the fault is and will give you an accurate quotation for the cost of the repair. We do NOT belong to the "It must be the PCB" brigade."! * Note that charges outside normal working hours (8:30am - 5:pm, Mon - Fri) are 30% higher than those quoted above.
